Boost conversion rate by displaying returning shoppers their previous cart on the home page
Experience Hypothesis:
By prominently displaying items from a visitor's shopping cart on the homepage and offering personalized recommendations, we assume that returning visitors will be more likely to convert (make a purchase).
Experience Assumptions:
Visitor Interest: Returning visitors have previously expressed interest in the items in their shopping cart but may need a reminder.
Conversion Incentives: Providing incentives, such as discounts or free shipping, may encourage visitors to add more items to their cart, thereby increasing the likelihood of conversion.
Effective Design: The visual placement and design of the cart items and homepage recommendations will catch the visitor's attention and engage them.
