Highlight the Most Popular Products for New Visitors

Experience Hypothesis:

By showcasing our top-selling products on the homepage, we aim to capture the interest of new visitors and encourage them to discover and interact with these popular items.

Experience Assumptions:

Attracting New Visitors: Welcoming new visitors with a glimpse of our popular products can help them find items they truly desire.

Building Customer Confidence: Showcasing best-selling products helps instill trust in new visitors by presenting them as reliable choices worth considering.

Increasing Online Presence: By prominently featuring top-selling products on our homepage, we aim to grab the attention of new visitors and entice them to explore further.

 

Setting up the experience on Visually

Build time : 2 minutes

 

  1. Click on 'Create New Experience'.

  2. Under 'Pages' > select 'Homepage'.

  3. Under 'Devices' > select either 'Desktop', 'Mobile', or 'All Devices'.



  4. Access the preview window on the left side of the editor > hover above the main banner > click the '+' button below it.



    1. Select 'Products Recommendations', and then select 'Product Slider'.



    2. Under 'Quick Edit' > Modify the Header to say "Most Popular", or any other title to describe this section.



  5. Under Styling, click on 'Customize' to design the section for your brand, or select a style you previously saved from the dropdown.

    Once you're done, click Apply.


  6. Set up the strategy by selecting 'Most Popular', and then click 'Save'.

  7. Make sure to preview the experience before publishing. If you're running the experience on mobile, you can preview it on a mobile device using a generated link by clicking on Preview > Share > Copy Link.

  8. Don't forget to save before publishing.



  9. All set! Click on the next button and give a name to the experience.

  10. Choose if you want to run this experience as an A/B test, or schedule the change for a specific time and date.

  11. To publish the Experience, click on 'Publish'.
