Add a site-wide timer to count down the final days of the sale
Experience Hypothesis:
By highlighting promotions with timers sitewide at the end of the sale days, we expect to create a sense of urgency and encourage more visitors to make purchases.
Experience Assumptions:
Urgency Increases Conversions: We assume that displaying timers indicating the remaining time for ongoing promotions will create a sense of urgency, motivating visitors to take immediate action and make purchases.
Improved Visitor Engagement: Timers can capture visitors' attention and engage them more effectively, leading to increased interaction with promotional offers.
Enhanced Sales: We expect that by prominently featuring timers during the final days of a sale, we can boost sales as visitors are encouraged to take advantage of limited-time offers.
Positive User Experience: We assume the timers will enhance the overall user experience by providing clear information about the sale's duration.
Setting up the experience on Visually
(Build time: 5 minutes)
1. Click on Create a New Experience.
2. Access the editor on the left side and choose the position of the Timer widget.
3. Click on Sale Boosters widget's collection.
4. Click on Timer.
5. Customize the Timer widget to match your brand's look and feel.
6. Once you are ready, click on Apply.
7. Click on the Update button.
8. Set the change targeting to the page you'd like the timer to show up, and on the Pages section as well.
9. Peview the experience, and you can test it!
